FAQ about “The Decision” Who can host this production? A: Any church that has a heart to win souls. Who is in the production? A: We utilize people from the church to play most parts; some speaking, some non-speaking.   How many people does it take to make the production work? A: On average, 25-30 people in the cast. Age range is from teen to 60’s   How do we prepare your people? A: We come in 1-2 days in advance of the production and train/rehearse with your people. We rehearse at least four times and do one quick run through before the first night’s production. By the second night’s rehearsal, they will have the dialog down.   How much does it cost to have “The Decision” at a church? A: We ask the church to provide hotel, travel and food expenses and to take love offerings. (We would need only one hotel room.) At the end of the production, JWM will give back to your church 10% of the offerings from each night, to help you with your expenses. In some cases, there will be no expenses.   What kind of props does a church need for the production? A: Most churches have all the props or can borrow some if necessary. There may be some expense for your stage depending on the size and how your platform is constructed. Contact us for more information. All props are detailed in the church production kit.   How many nights does a church host “The Decision” for? A: We suggest at least 3 nights, we have found that it builds momentum each night. We do, however, keep in mind your goals; we are flexible and open to your suggestions.   How long does it last? A: Approximately 1 ½ hours from beginning until the altar call.   You will need altar workers present each night to be ready to pray with the people who make a decision for the Lord. Once you decide on a date, we will send you a church information kit with everything you will need to know to make this the most effective soul-winning meeting you have had.
